Thank you for considering a purchase from Twice Brand New, We want you to be happy with the merchandise that you have purchased from us, so if you need to make a return, please refer to the appropriate instructions for details.
- You may return items purchased from Twice Brand New up (30) days from the date of purchase.
- Items must still have tags attached, although the price may be removed, and the packing slip must be enclosed.
- The merchandise must be returned in original condition with the price tag/vendor tag attached for resale.Your original Online Purchase Packing Slip must accompany all returns
- Twice Brand New reserves the right to reject returns not in original condition.
- Damaged items may be returned in the 30 day time period. Please contact: firstname.lastname@example.org if you believe your item to be defective.
- All refunds on returns will be made to your credit card for the cost of the merchandise (minus any discounts) and applicable sales tax. Original shipping costs are not refunded.
- Online returns are typically processed within 5 business days of arriving at our warehouse. Please allow another 5-7 business days for the refund to appear back in your account.
Online Returns by Mail
- If you choose to return an item to Twice Brand New by mail, you are responsible for the cost of shipping back to us. However, you may use whichever shipping method is least expensive for you. You are not required to use a specific shipping company.
